Whole30 Instant Pot Turmeric Chicken Soup
Add onion, carrots, turmeric, fresh ginger, ground coriander, cinnamon, salt, & chicken stock to pot
Place chicken breast on top
Cover & set to sealing. Cook on manual high pressure for 15 min. Let steam release naturally
Once steam has completely released, remove chicken ans shred. Add shredded chicken back into pot
Take 1 cup of soup from the pot (including bits of chicken) and blend until smooth & add back to pot
Add coconut milk, tahini, and spinach. Stir it all together. You can turn on sauté mode if needed
