olive oil, bell peppers, turkey, onions, garlic, carrots, cauliflower rice, tomato sauce, herbs
Heat olive oil. Sauté turkey for 5-10 minutes. Add veggies, herbs & spices. Continue to cook.
Stir in cauliflower rice and tomato sauce.
Prepare peppers by slicing off tops.
Stir the filling together.
Stuff the peppers and cook in the crockpot, oven or instant pot.
