Banana, Mashed

Melted Coconut Oil

Honey

Mini Chocolate Chips
Whisk flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt

Place ripe bananas in a bowl

Add egg, honey, coconut oil and vanilla

Whisk in flour mixture

Stir in mini chocolate chips

Put into greased muffin tins

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 mins then lower to 375 for 12-14 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Cool in the pan completely then eat!
