Wrist Relief Series - Chair Yoga
Foundation is first. Sit tall and breathe.

Extend left arm out and gently draw back left wrist with the right hand.

Left fingertips point down and right hand assist in the stretch and breath.
3
Roll the wrists out and transition to the other side.
4
Point right fingers down and gently press with the right hand.
5
Roll the wrists to release and create and breathe to release.
6
Come back to center, close you’re eyes and become aware of feelings in the wrists. Repeat if needed.
