Make the pie crust. Place the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl and mix

Grate the frozen butter

Add butter & shortening to the dry ingredients and pulse in food processor

Slowly add ice water

Roll out onto a floured surface to a disk. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 min

Filling: eggs/Heavy cream/Brown sugar/cornstarch

Heat ingredients over medium heat whisk and bring to a boil

Take off heat and add in honey

Add in the vanilla

Pour into an I baked pie shell

Bake at 375 till filling bubbles up and brown/still jiggly in middle / sprinkle with sea salt

Add sea salt to the top of the pie
