Yam Porridge With Plantain
Peel yam and cut into cubes. Add into pot with some water, salt and chopped onions.

Cook until yam is soft. Should take around 10 mins.

Blend pepper, tomato and one onion. Pour into the pot with plantain, curry powder, ginger powder and palm oil.

Cook for 10 mins.

Mash to your preferred consistency.

Stir in the spinach.
