Yin Yoga Poses For Beginners
Start lying on your back and lean your knees to the left and right. Do this for 1 minute.

Cross your left foot over your right leg and pull your right leg towards your chest for 30 seconds.

Cross your right foot over your left leg and pull your left leg towards your chest for 30 seconds.

Stretch out your right leg in front of you and lean towards it for 30 seconds. Then switch to the left side and lean towards it for 30 seconds.

Get into a low lunge with your right leg bent in front of you. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Switch legs and low lunge with your left leg bent. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Get into pigeon pose with your left leg bent in front of you. Lean over your leg for a deeper stretch.

Switch to pigeon pose on the other side with your right leg bent in front of you. Lean over your leg to deepen the stretch.
8
Get into butterfly pose. Wiggle your legs up and down and then lean over your legs for 30 seconds.
9
Kneel on your toes and grab your hands in prayer behind you. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.
10
Lie on your stomach with your feet touching in frog pose. Hold this pose for 1 minute.
11
Get into child’s pose for 1 minute.
