Start sitting cross legged. Take 10 big inhales. Tilt your head down and smile as you do that.

Pucker your lips and suck your cheeks in. Look from side to side. Do this for 30 seconds.

Stick out your tongue and look at the sky. Move your tongue from side to side. Do this for 1 minute.

Cross your hands over your collarbone and stick out your tongue. Move your head to the right and hold it 30 seconds. Then look to the left and hold it

Cross your hands over your collarbone and lean your head back, then to the left and then to the right. Breathe deeply as you do this.

Turn your head from side to side and lightly pat your jawline with the back of your hand. Do this for 1 minute.

Look to the sky. Use your pointer and middle fingers to massage your jawline. Do this for 1 minute.

Take a deep breath and look down at your lap. Rest your hands on your calves. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.
