Get into tabletop position and turn your hands backwards to stretch your wrists. Hold this for 20 seconds.

Get into puppy pose and hold it for 1 minute.

Get into frog pose and hold it for 45 seconds.

Lie on your stomach and grab your foot with your hand. Hold it by your hip for 30 seconds then switch to the other side for 30 seconds.

Sit cross legged and rest your left forearm on your right thigh. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Switch to the other side and sit cross legged. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Rest your left calf on the mat and balance on your right foot. Put your arms out in a “T” position and hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Rest your right calf on the mat and balance on your left foot. Put your arms out in a “T” position and hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Lie on your back in waterfall pose and hold it for 1 minute.

Lie on your back and grab your knees. Gently roll them in a circle for 1 minute.

Get into garland pose and hold it for 1 minute.
