Stand up and grab your hands together behind you. Lean back and look at the sky.

Place your right foot straight out behind you and hold this pose for 30 seconds. Then spread your arms out wide and look to the left.

Place your left foot straight out behind you and hold this pose for 30 seconds. Then spread your arms out wide and look to the right.

Stand up tall with your arms above you and lean to the left. Hold this for about 30 seconds.

Switch to the other side and lean to the right. Hold this for about 30 seconds.

Balance on your left foot and rest your right foot on your left calf. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Switch to the other side and rest your left foot on your right calf. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Get on your knees and lean back. Rest your hands on your lower back. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Spread your knees wide and lean forward with your forearms resting on the ground. Hold this pose for about 1 minute.
9
Cross your right leg over your left leg and lean to the right. Hold this pose for 1 minute.
10
Cross your left leg over your right leg and lean to the left. Hold this pose for 1 minute.
11
Lie on your back and hug your knees in. Hold this pose for 1 minute.
