Start standing up tall and intertwine your fingers together above you. Lean from right to left.

Get into tree pose and balance on your right leg. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Switch sides and get into tree pose balancing on your left leg. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Wrap your arms behind your thighs and look at your mat. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Kneel down and rest your hands on your knees. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Lie down on your stomach and alternate gently kicking your legs in the air. Do this for 1 minute.

Get into Sphinx pose and hold it for 1 minute.

Lie down on your back and grab behind your thighs. Gently roll from right to left for 1 minute.

Get into shoulder stand position and hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Lie down on your back and alternate pulling your legs in. Try to get your knees to touch your nose. Do this for 1 minute.

Lie down on your stomach and grab your feet. Kick into your hands and look straight in front of you. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Get into camel pose and look at the sky. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.
