Lie down with your arms straight behind you. Lean to the right and hold for about 30 seconds.

Lean your arms and upper body to the left. Hold for about 30 seconds.

Hug your legs into your stomach and hold for about 30 seconds.

While on your back, gently roll your knees in a circle. Do this for about 30 seconds.

Put your legs in a V position and rest your hands on your stomach. Breathe deeply and hold this for about 30 seconds.

Grab your right knee with your left hand and push it to the left. Relax your right arm behind you. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Push your left knee to the right with your right hand. Relax your left arm behind you. Hold for 30 seconds.

Sit cross legged and lean over your legs. Rest your arms on the mat and hold for 30 seconds.

Lie down with your legs apart and relax in corpse pose. Breathe deeply and hold this for about 1 minute.
