Yoga For Bloating/Stomach Pain Relief
Start on your back and pull your leg into your stomach. Repeat on other side and alternate 15 times.

Cross your right leg over your left leg and push your right leg to the left. Hold 1 minute.

Cross your left leg over your right leg and push your left leg to the right. Hold 1 minute.

Do half happy baby on the left side. Hold for 30 seconds.

Do half happy baby on the right side. Hold 30 seconds.

Sit up and look at your knees. Bend your legs and away them side to side. Do this for 1 minute.

Get into puppy pose and hold it for 30 seconds.

Sit cross legged. Inhale and look towards the sky, exhale and look at your stomach. Do 15 of these.

Cross your right leg over your left leg and turn towards the left. Hold for 30 seconds.

Cross your left leg over your right leg and look towards the right. Hold for 30 seconds.
10
Lie down on your back and put your legs in a V shape. Gently massage your stomach with your fist.
