Lie down on your back and let your knees fall together. Rest your right hand on your stomach for 1 minute.

Get on all fours and gently swing your hips in a circle. Do this for 1 minute.

Get in child’s pose and rest your head on your hands for 1 minute.

Get on your stomach and grab your feet. Kick into your hands and look in front of you. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Balance on your hands and left leg. Kick your right leg in the air and hold it there for 30 seconds.

Switch sides and kick your left leg in the air. Hold it there for 30 seconds.

Get into rag doll pose and gently sway back and forth. Do this for 1 minute.

Lunge with your left leg bent. Then lean back and straighten your left leg out in front of you. Do 5 of these.

Switch to the other side and lunge with your right leg bent. Then lean back and straighten your right leg out in front of you. Do 5 of these.

Get into a yoga squat with your arms in prayer between your legs. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Get into butterfly pose and grab your feet. Rest your head on your feet and hold this for 30 seconds.

Kneel down and rest your hands on your collarbone. Breathe deeply and relax here for 1 minute.
