Yoga For Glowing Skin
Start with a standing forward fold. Put your hands under your feet and lift and lower your body. Do this about 30 seconds.

Get into a shoulder stand position with your hands resting on your back. Hold this for 30 seconds.

From your shoulder stand position, gently kick one foot at a time behind your head. Alternate 10 kicks on each side.

From your shoulder stand position, gently fall into plow pose with your feet resting on the ground behind your head. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Take your right index finger and gently rub between your eyebrows. Do this for 1 minute.

Make V’s with your index and middle fingers. Rest them on the ends of your eyebrows and apply gentle pressure. Hold this for 1 minute.

Spread your fingers out on your face and rest your thumbs in your ears. Apply genle pressure while lifting and lowering your head.

Cross your hands over your chest while leaning your head forward and back. Do 15 of these.

Get on your stomach and gently kick your feet into your hands. Hold this pose for 15-30 seconds.
