Get your strap and release the tension from the shoulders, you can bring it above the head or all the way to your back.
Now grab a block and gently press the hands against it in reverse prayer. Open the chest and shoulders.
In your tabletop position enjoy your cat and cow arching and rounding your spine
Continue bringing the hips up and back in downward facing dog, here you can bend one knee and then the other. Push the mat away!
Come all the way down to your belly, bring the fingers in line with the shoulders and lengthen the spine in Cobra pose
Kneel and open the front body in Camel Pose, you can make it accessible placing a bolster on top of the calves
Finally rest in a gentle heart opener building a ramp with two bolsters or pillows. Stay here for as long as needed
