Child’s pose: spread legs apart and try to lay on your stomach/lay head on the ground in hero’s pose

Warrior 1: get in a high lunge position and raise hands towards the sky! Lining your feet in a straight line

Goddess pose: spread legs apart at a comfortable place and turn feet outwards and hold hands up palms facing inward

Spine twist: lay down, put your legs together in sleeping position and turn your head opposite of your legs
5
Happy baby: sitting down lift your leg and cradle it like a new born baby
