Switch to the other side and stretch your left foot behind you. Hold this for 15 seconds.

Bend your knees and do a gentle forward fold. walk your hands left and right. Do this for 30 seconds.

Low lunge with your right foot and hold it. Then lean back and straighten your right leg. Flex your right foot and hold it.

Switch to the other side and low lunge with your left leg. Then lean back and straighten your left leg. Flex your left foot and hold it.

Sit down and split your legs wide. Rest your hands on your thighs and hold it for 30 seconds.

Get into pigeon pose and lean over your left leg. Hold this for 1 minute.

Switch your legs and lean over your right leg. Hold this for 1 minute.

Get into butterfly pose and hold your feet together. Wiggle your knees up and down for about 30 seconds.

Get into a side twist with your left knee in the air. Twist to the left and hold it 30 seconds.

Switch your legs and twist to the right. Hold it 30 seconds.
