Lean back with your feet underneath your thighs and your forearms resting on the mat. Lean your head back and hold this for 1 minute.

Sit down with your right leg extended out in front of you. Flex and point your foot for 1 minute. Then switch to the other side.

Sit with your left foot in front of you. Gently pat the top and sides of your foot. Then pat the sole of your foot.

Switch to your right foot in front of you and gently pat the top and sides of it. Then pat the sole of your foot.

Stand up and alternate standing on the tiptoes of your feet. Do this for 1 minute.

Stand up tall and lift and lower on the tiptoes of your feet. Do this for 1 minute.

Lift one foot up and balance on the other leg. Lift and lower for 30 seconds and switch to the other side.

Sit down and draw circles in the air with your right foot. Do this for 1 minute.

Switch to the other side and draw circles in the air with your left foot for 1 minute.

Kneel down with your hands resting on the mat in front of you. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Squat down with your knees together. Rest your head on your knees and hold this pose for 1 minute.
