Straighten your right arm and left leg. Hold this pose for about 20 seconds.

Switch to the other side. Straighten your left arm and right leg. Hold this for about 20 seconds.

Balance on your arms and kick your left leg in the air. Do 15 of these kicks.

Switch to kicking your right leg in the air. Do 15 kicks on this side.

Lie on your stomach and float your arms in the air. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Sit cross legged with robot arms. Swivel from side to side for 30 seconds.

Get into triangle pose and lean to the left. Hold this for 20 seconds.

Switch to triangle pose on your right side. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Balance on your right hand and right knee. Hold your left leg and arm in the air and then crunch them together. Do 15 of these crunches.
10
Switch to balancing on your left hand and knee. Hold your right leg and arm in the air and then crunch them together. Do 15 of these crunches.
