What you'll need
Yoga mat

Purified Water
Triangle: spread legs, turn one leg towards the wall or outward and place your open hand by your foot

Candle pose: bend legs toward your chest, place both hands on your lower back and push up

Puppy pose: on all fours put your chest to the ground but keep your rear up on the air and back dipped

Warrior: standing forward turn one foot toward the wall, bend that knee and have both arms out like a plane

Forward fold: bend your knees a little and lean forward all the way to ground straightening your knees on the way down

High lunge: in a push up pose bring one leg up where your feet are by your hands and lay your knee down on your mat. Switch legs

Downward facing dog:put palms on the floor in front of you and walk forward and lean in so you feel a stretch in your lower back and legs

Cobbler: put feet together and lean forward at a comfortable space
