Exhale palms to the center of your chest

Inhale arms up & gently arch back

Exhale as you fold forward

Inhale right leg back, knee down, look upwards
4
Retain the breath as you step your left leg back into plank
5
Exhale as you lower your body towards the mat
6
Inhale sliding forward lifting the chest and head upwards
7
Exhale curl your toes, press through your palms and lift the hips
8
Inhale, stepping the right foot forward between your hands
9
Exhale stepping the left foot forward into forward fold
10
Inhale arms up, gently arching back
11
Exhale release your arms to your sides
12
Repeat, stepping back with the left leg first.
