Start seated in cow face pose with your left leg over your right leg and your hands together behind you. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Switch to cow face pose on the other side with your right leg over your left leg. Hold your hands together behind you for 30 seconds.

Sit cross legged and stretch your neck to the left and then to the right. Hold each side for 15 seconds.

Sit with the soles of your feet together. Circle your spine for 1 minute.

Lie down on your back and stretch your legs out as far as they can go (without experiencing pain). Hold this for 30 seconds.

Get into happy baby pose and hold the outside of your feet. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Get into lizard pose with your left leg bent in front of you. Rest your arms on the mat. Hold this for 30 seconds.

Get into lizard pose with your right leg bent in front of you. Rest your arms on the mat and hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Stand up tall and clasp your hands together. Circle your spine for 1 minute.

Bend your knees and get into rag doll pose. Gently sway from side to side for 1 minute.

Lie down on your stomach and get into Sphinx pose. Hold this pose for 1 minute.

Lie down on your back and stretch out your arms behind you. Relax and hold this pose for 1 minute.
