Scoop 2-3 tbsp of yogurt on a bowl. Grate one garlic clove. Season with salt and black pepper.

Melt butter on a sauté pan. Drop the egg. Add 1 tbsp of water and cover with a lid.

After a few minutes. Perfect yolk! Add harissa spice or smoked paprika to the butter.

Toast one slice of bread. Spread yogurt mixture over the toast.

Transfer the fried egg over the yogurt. Drizzle the butter!

Add some fresh herbs, mint, dill or parsley.
