Combine dry ingredients

Add warm water and mix to form a dough

Add olive oil and knead to form a soft dough.

Mix the dough until all the oil is incorporated

Knead dough until soft and smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour.

Divide your dough into 10 pieces. Rest for 15-30 minutes.

Roll out each piece until it is very thin

Heat oil in a cast iron pan, cook two minutes

Flip, two more minutes
