Yummy Avocado Hummus
Only 6 ingredients!

Scoop out 2 ripe Avocados with a spoon

Add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained & rinsed)

Add 2 Tbsp Avocado oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add 1-2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice

Blend in food processor or mash well in a bowl

Serve with whole grain crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips. Delish!

Serve it with yummy veggies!

Spread on whole grain toast and top it with tomatoes. Eat for breakfast or as a yummy snack.
