Za’atar Beet Salad w/ Orange Vinaigrette
Peel and quarter 3 beets. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp Nabet Palestinian Za’atar & salt
Roast beets at 200 C for 45 minutes
Whisk 1/4 cup Nabet Bitter Orange Jam, 1/4 c lemon juice, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, salt, 1/2 c evoo
On a plate, add arugula, roasted beets, mint, feta, chopped pistachios, and drizzle orange dressing
