Ingredients needed

Preheat oven to 425°

Pour 3 cups chili cheese chips into freezer bags and crush with bakers roller

Add oil, onion and bell pepper to pan. Cook until softened

Add 2 garlic cloves, 1Tbsp chili powder and 2Tsp cumin. Stir and cook 30 seconds

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, water and half the chips to pan

Bring to simmer and reduce heat to low for 18-22 minutes

Meanwhile add egg, milk and salt to bowl and whisk

Add remainder chips, garlic, chili powder, cumin and mix together

Add hamburger and mix together

Use small scoop and place meatballs on parchments lined baking sheet. Cook for 9 minutes or until 150° internal temp.

Add cooked meatballs to sauce. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes

Serve. Add cheese and enjoy!
