Zesty Tortellini Skillet
Chop onion and place in Manual Food Processor.

Process onions until finely diced.

Heat oil in the Stainless Steel Nonstick Wok over Medium-High heat for 1-3 minutes.

Add onion and cook for 10-20 seconds, or until it begins to brown.

Add garlic and cook 10-15 seconds, or until garlic is fragrant.

Add tomatoes, salt and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce is simmering.

Add the tortellini and stir to coat. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until tortellini is tender.

Stir the cream into the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until simmering.

Sprinkle the spinach over the tortellini.

Cook 2-3 minutes or until spinach starts to wilt.

Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover the wok and let stand 1-2 minutes or until cheeses melts
