Zingy Asian Salad with 🌶 spicy dressing!

Shred purple and white cabbage, red 🧅 , green 🥭, green onions, raw papaya, peppers & 🍅, 🥕 cucumber 🥒

Boil some rice vermicelli noodles to bulk up the salad- this is optional.

In a mortar and pestle crush garlic, peanuts, red and green chillies, soya sauce, salt & sugar

Squeeze juice from one lemon into the dressing

Add the crushed dressing to a tablespoon of chili oil and a teaspoon of vinegar

Just before serving, pour the dressing into the shredded salad and give it a good mix!

Garnish with an extra squeeze of 🍋 , cilantro & toasted sesame seeds! Enjoy!
