Zucchini, Canned coconut milk, Canned garbanzo beans

Sauté cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onion, tomatoes with 2 tsp of oil.

Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander, Garam Masala Powder

Cook the masala until the raw smell is gone. Add chopped zucchini

Add canned or fresh cooked garbanzo beans

Add coconut milk, and sprinkle Garam Masala

Simmer for 5- 8 minutes
