Zucchini Tomato Bake

Ingredients: zucchini, yello squash, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper
Slice tomato and squash in 1/4 inch thick slices. Layer in a dish side by side.
Whisk together chopped basil, olive oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Pour over vegetable mixture until covered. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
