Fresh Ground Pepper

Spaghetti or Tagliolini Pasta
3 Tbsp
Butter
3/4 cup
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup
Pecorino Romano Cheese
Boil 3 qts of water, add 6 oz of spaghetti. Cook for 10 min. Save 1.25 cups of pasta water & drain.

In skillet, melt butter, add fresh pepper and let brown.

Add 1 and 1/4 cups of pasta water and let simmer.

Add pasta and reduce heat.

Add Parmesan and Pecorino cheese. Stir and toss with tongues.

Add salt and fresh pepper to taste. Enjoy the prominent flavors of this Italian dish!
