Find your comfortable seat closer the front of the seat

Take a moment to check in with your body and mind.

Soften the shoulders and make half circles leading the movement from the nose

Make circles with the shoulders, for more sensations bring the fingertips on top of the shoulders

Reach the arms up and twist to the right and hold it, then twist to your left.

Enjoy a side bend left and right! You can use your block or grab the side of the seat.

Find your seated warrior 2 to your right. Press through the outer edge of the back foot and keep the front knee bent.

Now switch and enjoy it to your left.

Cross the right arm on top of the left and hug yourself. When you're ready switch the arms.

Finally recheck with yourself, how are you feeling after these stretches?
