Older and younger babies: Swing child using a thick blanket. Swing slower with younger babies.

Older and younger babies: Place baby on a thick blanket on the floor and slide baby pulling from the blanket

Older and younger babies: Using a yoga ball, gently swing baby back and forth and side to side

With older babies: Go to the park and use the swings

With older babies: carefully spin him/her on a swivel chair

With older babies: Let baby jump safely in the crib or on a mattress while you hold him/her

With older babies: Go to the park and use the slides

Older babies: Let baby be upside down for a couple of seconds supporting the head.

Younger babies: rock baby in your arms while standing up or a rocking chair. A rocking infant chair is good too.

Younger babies: go for a walk while wearing baby

Older babies: place baby inside a laundry basket or big box and gently slide baby around the house

Older babies: place baby safely in a toy wagon and take a ride around the neighborhood.
