Air Fryer Potato Chips
Use a paper towel to lightly press out a little bit of the moisture from thin potato slices

Spray the mesh basket of your air fryer with oil spray and place the potato slices in a single layer inside. You’ll need to do this in batches

Spray the tops of the potatoes with oil & sprinkle with salt. Air fry at 350 until the edges of the chips golden brown and the edges are crispy

Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool
