Air Fryer Potato Wedges With Garlic Browned Butter
Wash and dry two russet potatoes. Cut into wedges.

Soak the potatoes in ice water for 10 minutes.

Dry completely & then place in a mixing bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Place the potato wedges into the air fryer basket with the crisper plate.

Turn on air fryer mode at 390 F and cook for 20 minutes.

Shake the basket half way through.

To make the garlic browned butter add 6 tablespoon butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic into a small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat until the butter turns golden brown. Then remove from the heat.

Add half of the parsley and stir to combine.

Add the fries into the browned butter and gently toss. Being careful not to break the potatoes.

Sprinkle with remaining parsley and coarse maldon salt.
