Almond Cinnamon Rolls W/Cream Cheese Frosting
Combine warm water, yeast, sugar and oil. Let sit for 10 minutes to activate.

What your yeast will look like when activated.

Add egg, flour, salt and mix to combine.

Smear oil on the counter and your hands to easily roll out the dough to form a large rectangle.

Spread softened butter on dough.

Use your hand and make sure to cover the whole surface area.

Top with sugar.

Crumble almond paste and top on the whole surface area.

Roll and pinch a seal. Roll tightly to form a large log.

You can stretch the log slightly if it’s too large.

Cut the log into four equal logs with a bench scraper.

Cut each log into 5 rolls.

Spray a pan and place the rolls in the pan.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

Make your almond cream cheese frosting by combining all ingredients in a mixer.

Spread the frosting on top of the warm rolls.

Top with toasted almonds.
