Child’s Pose - w/ hip & wrist Mods - Mat Yoga
Be present like a child.
Bring knees mat width apart and sit on the heels. Use a block or blanket to modify.
Inhale and start to walk the hands forward. Third eye to the mat.
A block can help decompress the neck & take 5-10 deep belly breaths.
Unfurl, rolling it up come to an easy pose in the center of the mat.
