2 Peeled Carrots Diced
1/2 Cup Peeled Apple
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

1tbsp Peeled Ginger
Olive oil
Rice Vinegar
Add your carrots, apple and onion. Process until vegetables are minced.

Add your olive oil, fresh ginger and miso paste.

Add your rice vinegar, purée until smooth.
