Forward fold: options flex feet to stretch calves or round back to feel stretch in spine :30 sec

Butterfly: hinge from waste & use elbows to press your knees for deeper inner thigh stretch :30 sec

Cobra: add neck roll to release tension through your neck and shoulders. 4 each direction

Couch stretch: spine neautral & glutes engaged. Further stretch by reaching same arm up :30 each

Cross body arm stretch: look over shoulder to deepen stretch. keep shoulders down. Hold :30 each

Figure four: keep knee pressing out and tailbone flat on the floor. Hold each side :30 sec
