Vegan chocolate Mousse
10 STEPS
Heat cocoa butter, cocoa powder, espresso powder, salt and coconut milk and mix

Keep mixing until fully incorporated and melted

Until it’s nice and smooth then add vanilla and maple syrup

Mix in the remaining coconut milk

Transfer to blender add chopped dates and blend until completely smooth and frothy

Pour into ramekins for individual portions - (those bubbles will give it that frothy mousse texture)

or pour into a large bowl

Wrap and refrigerate until set

Sets into a very creamy and luxurious texture
