To make this easy hanky panky recipe you’ll need pumpernickel bread, sausage and Velveeta cheese.

Add sausage to a skillet and cook over medium heat until browned.

Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes, add it to the skillet and continue to cook.

Cook, stirring occasionally until the Velveeta is thoroughly melted and combined with the sausage.

Lay out slices of pumpernickel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon a large dollop of the sausage and Velveeta mixture onto each slice of bread.

Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until the Velveeta is lightly browned and bread is toasted.

Allow to cook slightly then transfer to a platter or tray to serve. Enjoy!
