Arizona Navajo Tacos and Indian Fry Bread
Sauté white onions

Add ground beef to onions and brown

Make spice blend- chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper

Add to beef and onions

Add diced tomatoes

Add in kidney beans

Add in jalapeño

Whisk together dry ingredients and slowly add in warm milk

Form ball, Cover dough with plastic wrap and allow to rest 5 – 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and roll to about 6-inches

Cook one a time in oil until golden brown on each side

Place filling on top of fry bread add lettuce, cheese, olives and sour cream
