Artichoke Hearts With Rice Pilaf
With only five ingredients...
1 glass of rice, 1 can of artichoke hearts, 1 bunch of dill, 2 glasses of water, 1 cup of olive oil
Heat the olive oil (don’t overheat) in a pan, add the rice and stir it occasionally for two minutes
Add the water and cover the pan, let it cook in lower heat until rice is tender.
When it starts to absorb liquid, add the artichoke hearts chopped in big pieces.
Season with salt and 1 cube of brown sugar
When the rice is cooked turn off the heat, add the chopped dill. Let it stand for 10 minutes covered
