Water

White Oil
Put everything in a bowl

Pour in 2 tbsp of soy sauce

Add flour gradually till it forms a semi stiff dough

As soon it is sticky start making balls

Make the balls, refrigate for 15 mins.

Heat oil! You can choose to deep fry or shallow fry

Start frying the balls

Fry till golden brown

In rest of the soy mix cornflour, salt & water.

Add the soy mix in capsicum and water as required

Add the balls and lid it to boil in medium flame

Tip 1. Use tongs while frying the balls.
Tip 2. If want spicy add chili sauce in here.
Tip 3. Can add onion in this step.
