Baked Kibbeh (Kibbeh Bl Sanieh)
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1/2 Kilo Minced Meat
1/2 Kilo Grounded Beef
2 Cups Of Brown Fine Burgul

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Chop 1 large onion

Sautée with 2 tbsp olive oil, then add 1/2 kilo grounded beef and cook.

In a bowl, add 2 cups of brown fine burgul and 1/2 kilo minced meat process until it clumps together

In small batches, make 1 cm thick layers and line the bottom of an oven proof dish

Add a good amount of kibbeh mixture

Make another 1 cm thick layer on top

Cut out diamond pattern and add olive oil at the center. Bake for 30 mins, unitl crunchy

Serve with yoghurt and cucumber salad.
