Drain & rinse chickpeas in the Easy Read Measuring Colander Add to dutch oven.

Add 2c broth, 2c Orzo, 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes, salt & 1/4t red pepper flakes

Add 2T Greek Rub, and bring to a simmer.

Remove from heat and add 5oz of spinach.

Cover and bake at 400°F for 12-14 mins until liquid is absobed and orzo is soft

Optional top with Feta and olives and Enjoy!
