Baked Ziti With Sausage
Finely chop onion in Manual Food Processor.

Remove canned lids using Smooth Edge Can Opener.

Add 1 T oil to Dutch Oven. Brown 1 lb ground Italian sausage 1-2 mins, breaking up with Mix N Chop.

Add onion & garlic. Cook 5-6 minutes.

Add 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, 2 T tomato paste...

...then 2 t Italian seasoning & 1/4 t red pepper flakes.
Use salad choppers to cut up large tomato pieces.

Add 16 oz ziti or other tube-shaped pasta, & 3 c water. Cook 10 mins until pasta is al dente.

Cut 8 oz fresh mozzarella using a knife or the Quick Slice.

Measure 1 oz Parmesan cheese using Digital Scale. Grate using the Microplane Adjustable Fine Grater.

Add 1/2 of mozzarella & all of Parmesan to pasta. Stir. Top with remaining mozzarella.

Bake 7-8 mins at 475°.

For a quick side, bake frozen garlic toast on small stone bar pan.
Remove from oven when cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with more freshly grated Parmesan if desired.
