Hot barley porridge - high powered breakfast
Soak barley flakes overnight in water with a pinch of sea salt
Gently cook the porridge in half water and half cashew milk
Add cinnamon, honey, raisin, sunflower seed and top up with water or cashew milk. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes, top up with water if getting dry
Top with your favourite seasonal fresh fruits, nuts, seeds and lime zest.
